I’m not ready for AI, can I get a package that doesn’t include it?

We believe Agentic AI is the present and future of digital analytics and can work with your data governance and security teams to ensure your teams trusts that your data is treated appropriately by both human and AI analysts. If now is not the right time to adopt Agentic AI or if you need an interim solution while working through your approval process, we can work with you to put together a product package that meets your needs without the inclusion of AI tools.

What price range should I expect?

We work with enterprises who deploy Quantum Metric across a variety of platforms for varied teams and use cases. Pricing is based on a number of factors including your annual session volume, the digital properties where we are deployed, product add-ons and other things like the amount of professional services you’re looking for. Set up time to talk with a member of our sales team so we can better understand your needs and put together a solution for you.

Is there a limit on my session or AI consumption? What if I go beyond it?

Limits on session consumption are set by agreement. We monitor your session consumption and work with you to make sure your plan has enough sessions. Quantum Metric will not stop collecting data or making it available just because you went over your session limit. Some AI features are consumption limited; by working with you to understand your needs upfront, we’ll provide you with a plan that ensures adequate coverage with the flexibility to easily add-on more if you need it.
