About us.
Quantum Metric began with one simple mission: to improve how organizations use their data to understand their customers and build customer-defined digital products faster. It’s a process called Continuous Product Design, and we strive every day to enable our clients on their customer-centric journey. While this mission continues to be a primary driver behind the platform, we want companies to do more than just understand their customers. We want companies to build cultures maniacally focused on winning the hearts of their customers. And we won’t stop until every organization puts people at the heart of everything they do.
Meet Mario.
Speak with Mario Ciabarra for a minute and you’ll realize he is a wearer of many hats. In addition to his role as Quantum Metric’s CEO, he’s an entrepreneur, a father of three, a world traveler, an avid skier, and a piano lover. With so many hats, it would be easy to focus solely on product and revenue, but that’d be neglecting one of Mario’s other great passions: people. More than anything, Mario defines Quantum Metric’s success by how he can continuously invest in its employees because at the end of the day, it’s people that are Quantum Metric’s greatest legacy.

As a global company that helps companies put people at the heart of everything they do, we must put people at the heart of everything we do. It’s our collective responsibility to champion diversity, equality, and inclusion within our organization, our communities, and our industry. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) not only hold us accountable, but provide feedback, shape policies, and monitor our progress so we learn from our blind spots and further our goals.
