FAQs
How is Quantum Metric different from other solutions?
Quantum Metric stands out by offering comprehensive real-time monitoring, advanced analytics, and seamless integration with existing tech stacks. Unlike traditional solutions, Quantum Metric provides actionable insights at every stage of the digital experience journey, enabling teams to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact customers.
How does Quantum Metric connect development to business priorities?
With advanced behavioral and technical monitoring coupled with experience quantification, Quantum Metric enables teams to gauge the impact of their development initiatives on business outcomes, empowering informed decision-making and strategic planning. Our Opportunities dashboard prioritizes issues according to various business KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue, CSAT, and NPS, facilitating focused action on critical areas.
How does Quantum Metric identify bugs or errors in production?
Baseline anomaly detection in Quantum Metric establishes a normal pattern of user behavior by analyzing historical data, then continuously monitors real-time interactions to detect deviations from this baseline. When anomalies occur, such as increased abandonment rates or errors in user sessions, they are flagged as potential issues related to bugs, errors, or poor design. This proactive approach allows teams to quickly identify and address issues impacting the user experience, reducing customer frustration and mitigating potential revenue loss.
How does Quantum Metric's autocapture work?
With a one-time tag or SDK deployment, Quantum Metric starts capturing an expanse of data, such as clicks, taps, scrolls, and API responses, across web, mobile, and kiosk platforms. With over 60 behavioral indicators and 300 audience dimensions captured out-of-the-box, including frustration signals and technical metrics like error messages and page speed, teams gain immediate insight into user behavior and technical performance without manual tagging. In addition, remotely configured data collection enables the creation of custom events and metrics unique to each business, empowering teams to adapt and optimize their analytics without engineering involvement.
How does Quantum Metric keep data secure?
Quantum Metric ensures data security and privacy by capturing data directly on users' devices with three options: Capture, Do Not Capture, or Encrypt. SOC and ISO compliance is deployed across the platform. Non-sensitive data is encrypted from the browser to our secure cloud, while sensitive information is never captured or pseudonymized and encrypted for compliance. Data is encrypted during transmission and stored securely in Google Cloud Platform, ensuring complete protection without Quantum Metric accessing decrypted data.To safeguard personally identifiable information (PII) and ensure GDPR and CCPA compliance, Quantum Metric uses pseudonymization to separate PII data from analytical data before encrypting it with a unique key pair for transmission, ensuring customer-exclusive decryption access.
